New Year's Resolution Just around the corner

My MIL and SIL, Heather, are forming a Strategic Alliance. We are getting together once a week to hold each other accountable to our 2009 goals. I am so determined to achieve the success I want in life, I am very excited about this. I have some personal and professional goals that I am hoping to see happen.
